All services I provide are secular, meaning non-religious.
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’m excited to meet you!
I’ll be proud to help you recognize any significant Life Event.

Celebrations of Life

There's more room for creativity in a Celebration of Life than a funeral. Since Celebrations of Life are held after the individual's physical remains have been cared for through burial or cremation, there is much more time available to plan the event. Without a doubt, this allows you to make better decisions about how you'd like to celebrate the life of someone you dearly loved.

Welcoming a New Family Member

Whether you’re biological or adoptive parents, this is the perfect time to invite everyone you love to celebrate your growing family.

Family Blending

I love the idea of a Family Blending celebration! It’s common for two families to begin to live together, and for one or both partners to already have children. A Family Blending event provides an opportunity for family and friends to meet everyone in your new, expanded family. More importantly, it’s a wonderful way for the children to know they are loved, welcomed, and celebrated. Some sort of personal element about each individual child would be a nice touch. You might even consider making this a part of your Wedding Ceremony!

Un-Coupling (Divorce)

An Un-Coupling event may sound like an odd idea, but it’s a unique opportunity to make sure your children, the rest of your family, and your extended family know that the two of you will honour and support one another as you co-parent your wonderful family.

Your children can be assured you both will commit to the cultivation of peace and cooperation for all family members involved in the child’s life.

Transgender or Non-Binary Re-Naming

A public re-naming can be life-affirming or even life-saving.
Doing so in the company of loved ones can be tremendously positive and celebratory.
It’s a way to encourage a sense of community, to strengthen bonds, and to foster loving connections.

Together, we can create a ritual that’s meaningful for you and for your family and friends, and that introduces them to your name and your pronouns.

* This ritual is not a legal name change. You’ll need to do the legal bit through Service Ontario.
