The Person Behind the Ceremony

Weddings should feel meaningful, personal, and unmistakably you.

I’m a secular Wedding Officiant, musician, live-event professional, and lifelong creative based in Ontario.

I believe ceremonies should feel emotionally real … thoughtful without being stiff, personal without becoming awkward, and engaging enough that people genuinely remember them.

I think people should be able to celebrate major life moments in ways that genuinely reflect who they are, the people they love, and what matters most to them.

Certified by Humanist Canada and licensed by the Province of Ontario to solemnize marriages.

Before becoming an Officiant, I spent 45 years working in large-scale national and international concert production, specializing in live sound, lighting, and video systems.

I’ve also worked professionally as a singer and musician, lead interactive workshops for performers, and maintain a long-running fascination with magic and audience psychology. Some of my presentations are even used by magicians around the world.

Apparently, I’m not very good at having boring hobbies.

If you’re looking for a ceremony that feels personal, thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely reflective of who you are, I’d love to hear your story.
